Quimbel is an invoicing and payment management platform designed for freelancers and small agencies. Our Service includes:

• Invoice creation and management
• Automatic payment reminders
• Payment tracking and status updates
• Client relationship management
• Time tracking and expense management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis.

4.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.

4.3 No Escrow

Important: We do not hold or escrow funds. When your clients pay invoices, funds go directly to your Stripe account and then to your bank. We only facilitate the invoicing and payment collection process.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quimbel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service (invoices, client data, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIMBEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of use or goodwill

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quimbel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• You fail to pay applicable fees
